Storytelling is one of the most powerful ways to increase understanding. They move us, they allow us to connect emotionally. You will hear several stories that will touch your heart and have the opportunity to share a story of interest with a lesson learned.

Gratitude: An Antidote to Anxiety

Thank You is POWERFUL. Saying it ofren creates more things to say thank you for. You will learn to magnetically attract the things you desire in you life by changing your attitude to gratitude. Changing your focus is key.

Letting Go Meditation – Wear comfortable clothes

Breathing reduces stress. We often get away from the natural way of breathing when we experience anxiety. We'll visit the clear space of letting go of the things we cannot control and become one with self (breath).

Freedom in Forgiveness

If you are human, chances are you have some unforgiveness somewhere in your body. (insert laugh here) When we recognize that forgiveness is for us, not the perpetrator. We can really become FREE.

LOL (Laughing Out Loud)

Nothing is better than a good belly laugh. Laughter decreases stress hormones and increases the body's ability to fight disease. Bring on the endorphins!

The Amazing Power of Being Present

Has someone ever started talking to you and your mind wandered to the load of laundry back at your house? Or do you find yourself thinking about your response before the person even finishes speaking? We'll talk about mindfulness. It's an acquired skill. It is the art of just being, not anticipating, not becoming anxious, just being fully present in the moment.
